Zilla Fat update

Yup I have gone the wrong way?
It is fantastic week 4 of the tracking the fat and this week the fat has won.
After last week and the food poisoning and no food for three days I
went a bit overboard and threw all control out the window.
So the end result was I ended up gaining 5 pounds so I am at 188
pounds and headed in the wrong direction.
Oh well what the fuck… I will just get back on the bus and ride that whore!
Did that make any sense?
Well I am being lazy and just doing the update in the texty format.
I was real bad this week and ate pizza and barbecue and basically threw the diet out the window for the most part.
I did manage to lose 1/2 pound so I am at 185 so it was not a complete failure.
I am gonna be back at it come Tuesday but till then all bets are off!
So I am off to a Xmas party and sure to have lots of good food and tommorow it is roast beef..yummy.

I am using Blip.tv to post this and can not figure out how to do a direct link so here is a roundabout way to see my video update.
Day 3 and I am at 192 so holy crap I am going all crazy with this but am not starving myself.
I did cheat and had some milk in my coffee but sent my roommie after some non dairy low fat creamer.
I have allready decided this once a day thing is too much so I am going to weekly so no more updates till Saturday.
So I am off to work and going to avoid the vending machines by not bringing money for them!
Okay how about the rest of the peoples here?

I made through day one of SB land and the scale was very kind to me.
195 was the happy number!
I mean holy crap that is 4 pounds and I do not want to hear the first ten pounds is just water shit or I will just scream.
My version of SB is I basically eat two eggs with coffee with skim milk as creamer. Then I have either chicken boob or turkey boob or a lean cut dead cow for my lunch and dinner. I also eat a salad with low fat dressing and celery or broccoli raw for snacks when ever I want them and as much as I want.
There is no portion control and if I am hungry I eat.
Oh and I drink just water and sometimes flavor it with a pretend lemon thingy packet.
I am psyched for day two.
