Slow Moving

Screw the fat ! I m currently at 169 lbs, 20% body fat ! just because i had a luxurious buffet dinner last few days ago..

I go to Gym 3 times a week, doesn’t really help , somehow it makes my appetide increased too, so when I m hungry I was like a hungry ghost.

guess I will have to eat more cucumber’s’, as a replacement for my normal meals, i believe it will help.

God please give me powers to fight it ! :-)

I was 183lbs 3 month ago, now I m at 172lbs, I just need to get some weight down & I will be happy with it, most importantly I m dying to get rid off my droppy stomach, urgh. . how’s you guys doing ?

Within 9 days, i lose another 4 pounds, I m 179 lbs now. I did not exercise regulary, I just keep controlling my food intake as usual plan, hm.. strange…

Hey Zillafag ! welcome to our family ! u are amazing , I m so proud of you ! keep up the good work !

quick update on my current diet status, I ‘ve lost another 33 pounds since my 1st post here.
as far as BMI is concern (Body Mass Index) still few pounds different from the standard, yeah I will continue my exercises & watch out food intakes, now I m thinking how to get rid of my big boobs.

p/s : current body weight : 185 lbs :-(

Updates : from day 1 since my diet plan started until now, i ‘ve lost 44 pounds, my uniforms were resized from 4XL to XL, pants from 42cm to 38cm. I hate cucumbers now cause I ate em’ everyday, will continue swallowing those sticks before my goal acheived.

Tom Yam Kung

A friend of mine from Penang Came to visit me, I cooked Thai food ” Tom Yam Kung ” for him.

I did not eat it cause i guess its quite high Carbo, I ate vegetables instead.

Recently choking haze attack my country, lots of people cancelled their outdoor activities, but I still carry on my jogging, well I just have to drink more water to avoid sorethroat.

I ve continued to loose some weight, but i feel hungry all the time :-)
 

 

 

Fasting for Muslims

Ramadan is the name of the one-month fasting period when Muslims fast from dawn till sunset. During the period of fasting, apart from eating and drinking, Muslims are also forbidden from smoking and having sexual relations. Only the sick are excused from fasting during this month. Muslims are expected to avoid lying, breaking promise or cheating during the month of Ramadan. It is to remind them of the plight of the poor and to cleanse themselves by exercising abstinence and self-control. Even the young are taught to fast. Oh its very effective for weight lost too !

Sorry it doesn’t work for me, haha.. Just can’t stand it.. ( luckily I m not Muslim )

I gained weight

Well guys, I gained weight ! 2 pounds, last week i ate a little bit extra & this is what happen now, although i still carried out all the exercise as scheduled. Do I need to control my food intake my whole life ? I know I know diet is not an easy task & a long one. Watch me ! i wanna say bye to the damn 2 pounds within this week !

Update : ok, i had get rid of 2.5 pounds after 3 days diet in hell.
