Thursday, November 9th, 2006Updates : from day 1 since my diet plan started until now, i ‘ve lost 44 pounds, my uniforms were resized from 4XL to XL, pants from 42cm to 38cm. I hate cucumbers now cause I ate em’ everyday, will continue swallowing those sticks before my goal acheived.
