Jogging Day

Breakfast :- I ate 2 plain high fiber bread with 2 glass of milk.

Lunch      :- I ate 2 apples ( again ), later, I had 1 slice of ham & cheese sandwitch, I know I shouldn’t take cheese cause very fattening, but no choice, my friend made it for me & I was forced to eat it  ( hehe).

Dinner :- I ate some rice, roasted pork, vege & fish. ( small portion only) oh I love the pork :-)
Today, my 3rd jog of this week, i ran very fast today, till i felt my head was poundy, so i stop for a while, walking, then jog again. Maybe I should be extra alert cause i had hypertension originally.

Weight watch :- My weight maintained, same reading for few days, gush I need to control more on my food intake.

    turdday i ate nothing for brekfast 1 slice of bred for lunch and some suhi.

    for sport i pulled myself up to my bed a few times, couldent go walking coz of my fucked up hip :( god i sound like a GRANDMA
