A colleague of mine from another branch came by, he said ” oh Vincent, what happen to you, u look thin nowadays ! “. My god, I m so happy, thats really boost me up, even I m not reaching my target yet, but it gave me the strength to carry on my diet, some courage really necessary to achieve our goal.
