First day
Well, I weighed myself today…284. Bleh, fat whore!!! So for lunch today I had some Mock Hot and Spicy beef with Brown Rice (more fiber!!). I had the Hot and Sour soup (should have had the miso) and the eggroll…but but it came with the meal!!! My exercise for the day is I walked to my car to my classes and back, and my parking spot is a good 15 minutes away so roundtrip its a good 30 minute walk. My snack…okay, don’t hate me but I had half of a bag of Cheetos left over and so I don’t want to throw it away…so i’m eating them…but dinner I made yesterday some Chili Cheese Hamburger Helper but instead of the ground beef, I used the Morningstar Fake Steak strips so cut down a lot of fat and cholesterol on that. And I used 2% milk. I’m going to have that for dinner. So first day…kind of bad but not too bad. Lets see if I can get to the gym today, but UPS still hasn’t delivered my FRICKIN’ SENSEO!!!! Gaah!!!! And I have to be the fabulous gay man and help redecorate my store (Starbucks) so maybe i’ll get to the gym after that. Hopefully….

Your first day wasn’t so bad, you got some good exercise in. Decorating the Starbuck’s will burn some calories too.

oh Mike, your meals sound yummy to me, let me share with you what i had yesterday,
2 pc of plain bread, 2 glass of low fat milk for breakfast, 2 apples for lunch , for dinner, i have half bowl of rice, some cooked vegetables, sweet & sour chicken & some onion soup. When i get angry at night, i will go to bed early, that will stop my hunger looking for food
