Diet Plan
I started my diet since March 2006, as at today 28th Aug 2006, I lost 22 pounds.
I watched my food intake, sometimes, I skip dinner, I do exercise 3 times a week, half an hour each time. ( jogging ),& I sweat like a pig (*g*)
My goal is to get another 20 pounds reduced.

Congratulations on losing 22 pounds! Thats really great! I hope we’ll be able to motivate you to lose even more! Or maybe you’ll motivate us to lose some!
