What I Ate/Done Today
Eating:
First of all, I thought I’d update you on what I ate today. I didn’t eat anything for breakfast, I got up around noon, I didn’t sleep well and I didn’t want to eat what the family had. They had bacon, eggs & biscuits. The bacon was swimming in fat, it was totally disgusting looking, so I didn’t eat anything for breakfast.
For dinner (lunch to you), I ate spaghetti. It had meat, pasta sauce & noodles. I didn’t eat a lot of it, just about a handful amount. I had two rolls with it.
For supper, I had a salad, which was SOOO good. I’m so tempted to make myself another one!
As far as snacks go, I had 2 chocolate chip cookies & a TINY, fun sized 3-Musketeers bar. I could easily get up and go have more chocolate chip cookies, BUT I WON’T! (I’d rather have the salad!)
Exercising:
The dog and I hit the road this evening after it had cooled down. The dog, Brownie, walked me to the curve of the road. Its not a long distance, but, I was drenched with sweat and exhausted..so, I figure its a good walk.
